They really just need to tear that little corner of Tomorrowland down and start over. The only decent thing they've ever had in their was Alien Encounter. Flight to The Moon and Mission to Mars were terrible, and Stitch is an abomination.

But, I have to ask, what is wrong with the WEDway? The new spiel isn't very good, but I didn't notice any problems with the ride itself...

    ?

Of course, the last time we rode it was at night during the Christmas party so maybe I wasn't in the most critical of moods.

Stitch is an abomination, this is true. Taking your children into a room to have the lights turned out in pitch dark to have your children spit on by a monster was truly a feet of sadistic imagineering.

There aren't major problems but some of the trains are in dire need of work as some cart doors not functioning properly or at all. The structure could use a cleaning or painting which is also minor.

Content in my humble opinion could be a little more engaging or interesting. I like the City of Tomorrow presentation and the ride through Space Mountain but the other spots could be better , but that just my opinion.

I've always wished they'd do huge video walls, kinda like the ones from Minority Report. They could use them to advertise the attractions you're riding through/above/around. And they could do them in big, splashy, campy Disney fashion.

I honestly think doing something like that would make that a premier, say D ticket, ride.

Gun found on Walt Disney World ride in Animal Kingdom. - OrlandoSentinel.com

Another mistake is signage.....I understand that signs take away from the experience bun a bullet from an accidentally fired weapon can take the experience away all together....
Howdy Partners! For your safety, please remain seated with your hands, arms, feet and legs inside the train, and be sure to watch your kids! If any of you folks are wearing hats and glasses, best remove them, cause this here's the wildest ride in the weeeelderness!!!!!!

Looks like B'rer Fox and B'rer Bear are causin some kinda commotion downstream......

    Permanently.
What idiot brings a gun, even if they have a permit, to a theme park, especially and more particularly wear it on a ride, which is stupid and endangering others and then forgets it.

I still cant believe that the man was not trespassed, but only asked to leave for the day. Especially since his ammo was illegal. Hollow points are illegal in te counties of Osceola, Orange, and Seminole in FL.....

They're not. Most of those laws went out the window with the abysmal "Stand Your Ground" ruling.

Either way, the story tells you they are not because he was escorted to his car by police and not arrested.

And still... why did he need his gun on disney property in the first place? I can see having it in your car, but not on your person.

Re: What Was Disney's BIGGEST Mistake?

And Stand Your Ground is basically giving people the illusion that they can protect themselves with whatever force necessary. That in itself wasnt a disney bad idea but just a bad idea....

Yeah, I have no clue what he was thinking.

Then again, I'm not a gun owner. I wonder what any of them are thinking.

I have owned firearms in the past, but I only brought them with me when i needed them. Either hunting or competition. I think he was just exercising his right to bear arms. Some of those nutjobs feel that the right to bear arms gives them the right to bring them where ever and whenever, which is not what it is meant to be.

Nope, but good luck convincing them of that.
