I remember that too - hopefully it will be working in August!
i do remember it and the past few times we have gone the bridge didn't rock.
Must have been a temporary thing if it dod not rock.
"I remember that because my wife always grabbed the kids."Interesting....
I agree!! I started a thread like this one a while ago because I was suprised that there was no more rocking on the bridge! (It did rock for me in November tho!) And the other thing, they don't call the elephants Little Red and Big Red anymore! I would love to know why...
the bridge definitely existed! we have video of it, i remember at one point there was even a bridge that was like 30 feet above the ground... anyone else remember this?
It still does rock back and forth. It always had and most likely always will. I go almost every 6 months and hasn't changed.
The bridge did rock...
I agree with all above...
it's crowd driven or repair driven when it's not engaged.
And didn't the driver used to talk about it like "I hope this bridge can support our car"?
Don't hate me, but I think that ride could really do without the poaching storyline. I know its Disney and so it has a story, but the baby elephant that they save looks so fake when compared to the real life animals around it. I would be ok if I was just going on a safari in Africa so I could see all the animals! But, thats just my opinion.
I was on the ride last weekend and the bridge was not working. I always thought that it would be better if the bridge over the crocodiles was the one that rocked!
