I remember it but not from WDW, we had it in our elementary school rest rooms.
One of my fondest memories growing up (not sure why) was the powder hand soap they had in dispensors at the Magic Kingdom. Eventually, they were phased out and you could only find it at the rest rooms near Crystal Palace. I heard rumors about why they were replaced by liquid hand soap so I decided to confirm when I took the Keys to the Kingdom tour. Turns out, it was true... the anthrax scare warranted removal of all powder soaps.
This stuff had a distinct feel and smell, which I guess is why it'll always stay with me. I even had a home version... a Mickey-shaped dispenser that we picked up at Toys R Us way back when. The soap was refillable and was a fun Disney fix between trips.
Anyone else remember this stuff? I can't be the only one!

I remember that for sure! I never saw or used that soap outside of Disney so that is a very distinct memory!
