Pavilions by Fantasia Gardens?

Does anyone know what the big Pavilions over by Fantasia Gardens are for? We went mini-golfing on during the week of June 21-27 and they seemed vacant? We were there during the day though, are they used at night for something?

I actually asked this question last time I was down there. They told me that they have buisnesses rent them out about twice a week for different conference dinners.
