Okay. Now you are an expert on this cutting-edge technology from the early 80's.
You're probably wondering just how much one of these hi-tech babies would set you back. According to the Kodak website the 4000 listed @ $68. The 6000 rose to a steep $90 and the deluxe 8000 was a staggering $143! But in fairness, the 8000 did have a built in travel alarm clock.
You can check the prices yourself (scroll to the bottom)

I remember wanting one of these cameras badly. After I saw the price, I resigned myself to the fact that I could never afford one on my 10th grade salary ($3.35 an hour). I begrudgingly used my $20 Vivatar 110 which ironically took better pictures than the new disc cameras. This was because 110 film used larger negatives. Disc cameras took very grainy pictures due to the tiny size of the film.
But I digress. Here is more from my 1982 EPCOT Center information guide.

Thanks for sharing. It was fun looking at the guide. I remember when the disk cameras were a big deal. Even the disk film for them was costly.
Freaking awesome.

These are great, thanks for sharing!
Since there seems to be interest, here's more. I found a damaged guide and I took the wheel out so you can read the whole thing at once.

The wheel's pretty cool.
If you thought the 1st wheel was cool; behold!
