i never thought it was too long
and at least it WORKED most of the time
I know wikipedia is not the most official site out there but according to wikipedia the ride was about 15 minutes long.
i dont remember it being 27 minutes, but i would def not be shocked...
The vast amount of tarps and wooden walls currently up at Walt Disney World.
As if Disney produces a tarp likeness, volume of disruption doesn't matter.
Peter Pan, how long has it been wrapped in tarp? Gracious how long can a well planned facade take to update?
It is just the quay they are fixing. My Lord, how long could that possibly take.Quote:
Maybe they are making it interactive like they are doing to Pooh, gut golly gee, install it and move on folks.
Maybe the contractors and laborers would be more motivated to complete everything in a more timely manner if they wore Mickey Ear hard hats and sang "Hi Ho, Hi Ho, it's Off to Work We Go!" :-D
"we like this... do this... oh wait... you know what... nah... i dont like it... lets redo it... back to the drawing board..."
that might be the biggest problem being faced right now...
I have a biggie of course when it comes to this, but I also still think it was a mistake what they did to Main Street. Not a financial mistake of course, it wouldn't have happened otherwise, but blitzkrieging all of the unique shops into one long, seemingly-never ending shop selling exactly the same merchandise you can get at almost every other shop in the park, and indeed, in WDW was a mistake in terms of MK's character and spirit.
as said back then and i will say it again... the emporium has turned that side of main street into a World of Disney shop... it has no heart, or relevance to circa 1971 WDW... that is sad...

Thank you. I've never seen that blog before.
You're welcome. Personally, I think it is the best written Disney-related blog on the web.
