That is the brand new queue for Winnie the Pooh at the MK, the Tigger Bouncing segment. Never heard what the problem was but I can easily guess. Bouncing spring that wobbles and sinks beneath the sidewalk, yep recipe for disaster. But that is just me taking a stab at it.

Take a look at the picture again. They have it completely walled off with landscaping. Unless you are look'n for it, not seeing.

I can't believe WDW can collect admission to the parks for the day, run special event parties at night and can't even manage to keep their monorail up and running more than 30 minutes for their guests staying at the Deluxe Resorts. Now that is a minus in my book
