yeh i do remember the "cakestle" what a disaster... but i was 11 when i went for that... and it wasn't that bad then... but looking back on it... im just glad they didnt make it into a 5 yr. debacle...

One of my faves was the kids in the classroom really exploring what effect their aerodynamic choices made. I guess maybe that's because I'm SOOOO ready for this "teach to the test" pendulum to swing back and for us to actually EDUCATE our kids again.
I also loved the scene where the kid in Japan and the kid in the US were chatting. I know they were a bit dated, but it appealed to old farts like me who did not grow up with the internet and are still "gee whiz!" at playing games with folks from other countries and getting to know them on boards like these.
