I definately want to visit Walt's Park! I was fortunate enough to experience 20,000 leagues & even have a tiny bit on tape! I never got to go to River Country though. I would have really enjoyed it, I'm sure!
20,000 Leagues - what a mess of memories that ride holds! First ride in the late '70s was amazing, even though I was scared of the cramped interior. Last ride (in the late '80s or early '90s) I remember the effects were so worn looking and the order had been reversed so that the big squid attack came first (no idea why). It was sad to see such a cool idea fall by the wayside like that.
I really miss the skyway, simple as it was, for the unique photo opportunities. And I still have some of the magic tricks I got as a kid from the main st. Magic shop. The arcade was cool, too, for the old-time machines (not the new games). Dad would let us spend a penny or two on those, but not a quarter on the video games.
I can't seem to remember anything of Mr. Toad's Wild Ride, though I did it more than 20 times. Strange, huh?
I remember getting hit by the train and ending up in **** with all the little devils. Not a typical disney ride :)
adamb
I always though the **** thing was a little "heavy-duty" for Disney, but I loved it nonethless. In fact, it's one of the rides I miss the most!! :(
Oh yes, ****! How in the **** (sorry  ) could I forget that?
Mr. Toad!
They should have replaced Snow White's Scary Adventures with Winnie the Pooh. Mr. Toad was way more fun than SWSA has ever been!
The ride that I miss the most is The Extra-terrorestrial Alien Encounter. I wished they found it a new place instead of getting rid of it.
Stitch should be stitched up!!!!
Don't ask me what just made me think of the old Omnibus on Main Street
