Book shop on Main Street?

I have vague memories from my childhood of a book or record store on Main Street. These memories also include a silversmith shop and the Main Street Cinema actually showing movies. I know the latter two existed but was there a book or record store on Main Street, and if so was it lost in the Emporium expansion?

Re: Book shop on Main Street?

I know my parents bought a record of Disney Park Music at MK in 1979, but I do not remember if it was a record store, or just an album in a regular store.

Re: Book shop on Main Street?

The silversmith shop is all of a sudden sounding vaguely familiar, now that you mention it. I'll have to start doing a bit of reading on the original Main Street.

Re: Book shop on Main Street?

Now that I think about it, was the silversmith shop part of Ye Olde Chrismas Shop? Now I have to find that old WDW radio Wayback machine and listen again! Oh how I miss the old, non-generic shops!
