Voice of Fred Flintstone in Horizons

Okay I was listening to some ride audio of Horizons. Right after the 30's style version of Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow, a character in the show says "hey you get back to work." It sounds an awful lot like the guy who voiced Fred Flintstone. Can anyone confirm if it was him.

The original guy died back in '77. The one who took over from there died in 2005. While they could have probably used Corden, I couldn't see Disney paying him to voice one line. I guess it's possible, since they were paying people like Walter Kronkite, Dena Dietrich, and Gary Owens, though I doubt it.
Really, Walt? Disneyland is MY land? Why would I want a silly little land when I can have the WORLD.

It didn't sound like Fred to me, or at least I never made that association.
