My trips back to Fantasyland definitely won't be the same without it, but I can think of other attractions that I would be more upset to see gone.

I went on Snow one last time in April. It was just painful. Just wish it would be reimagineered as an attraction and not another Meet and Greet.

They aren't really good for anything,
but they still bring a smile to my face when I push them down a flight of stairs.

Yes, it was an original attraction. If you and your family ever make it to Disneyland, California has kept both Snow White and Mr. Toad, which also closed down to make room for the Pooh ride in Fantasyland. Snow White was very near the castle. It closed down on May 31st this year.

I guess it's always sad to see an original go. But, I hadn't been on it since I was a kid, and didn't even care for it then. It wasn't horrible, it just had no element to it that made me want to ride it multiple times.
When you think back to the early years of Fantasyland, it really had some terribly bland rides littering it. Snow White, Mr. Toad's, and of course the horrid 20K Under The Sea.

its sad for me because i remember the first time my lil girl rode it and she screamed at snow white to "NO eat the apple" so we always ride it and we always hollered no eat the apple..lol

I'll miss it just as I do so many others that I remember riding as a kid. On the other hand I like seeing all the new things the Imagineers come up with using new technology.
When I saw this thread in "i remember lost attractions" I almost couldn't believe that it was true.. I've been to disney 3 times, ranging from when i was 8 to 12.. and I might not have gone on this ride every time, but it was always there... And just to think that this ride is all of a sudden gone is a little insane.. Now I haven't been in 5 years and I have no plans to go in the near future, but just to think that it's gone is a little strange

Yeh but to Mikes point... They probably haven't even done anything within it and already we are making it as if it's been gone for 10 years... Don't get me wrong it isn't good when an original is closed for good... But think about it... Which would you rather see go... This or the Jungle Cruise...? Or HM...? It was probably the best one they could've closed out of the originals... Walt never wanted a museum... This is that vision...
