Horizons - I loved being able to choose your own ending.
So, what is your favorite extinct Epcot attraction?
I have two...
World of Motion -- I love omnimover rides... they need to make a new big omnimover ride soon! Thrills are fine, but they don't say Disney like the classic rides.
and my other is
The original Imagination ride. Why get rid of the Dreamfinder??? at least they brought Figment back!
and an Honorable Mention goes to....
Captain EO
What about you?

Gotta go with the fan favorite and hop on board the Horizons bandwagon.
I loved the huge screen, and the option of choosing you rown ending. It actually gave you a reason to ride it more than once! Plus, who could forget the giant building that looked like an 80's spaceship landed in Epcot? :-O

I was going to mention Horizons -- as I liked it a lot too, especially the ending. But I had already mentioned 3 attractions. Maybe I should have just said I miss the 'old' Epcot.
Oh well![]()

Yeah, Ove rthe netx few years, I think Epcot is going to look very different from the good old days. Not only has it lost much of its 80's look and feel, but most of the original pavilions are either gone, going (Wonders of Life?) or changing (Living Seas).
A little different than when Drew Barrymore and Danny Kaye filmed that cheesy video, huh?![]()

Ace - I don't think I ever saw that video with Drew and Danny. Is it availble online someplace? or perhaps on one of those dvd sets? - I must see it![]()

I'm with you adamb, the original Imagination with Dreamfinder and Figment was the best.
World of Motion comes in a close second, but I enjoy Test Track so I'l willing to compromise.
Wonder of Life is changing?
I still like Body Wars (even with the cheezy late 80's "flight" suits). And my son loves the "Goofy Theater" (not sure its real name).
I also enjoyed the Millenium Village.....it was nice to see different countries represented than the usual ones.....I liked, I think it was Sweden where you could walk through the four seasons.
I missed that - I was at WDW right before and right after the Millenium. I had hoped to see that. So add that as an Epcot attraction that I miss because I missed it.Originally posted by Lady Di

I just loved wearing the Star-Trek "ambassador" style outfits when i worked at Body Wars. They were so ridiculous (the "jackets" were the same as the typical smock but with more elaborate maroon piping and so much shoulder padding that it made your shoulder pointy) but I love them. Even if you couldn't raise your arms in the jackets because of the shoulder pads!![]()
I will place another vote for World of Motion and the original Journey
I also liked Horizons, I guess I too miss the old EPCOT
i guess i'm a product of the 80s but i actually liked the Michael Jackson movie (but i forget the name) that i think was in epcot (not sure)

What I miss about Epcot are the old Communicore exhibits. To me they were more informative of what Innoventions is.
