Why is it that every time I hear about "Limited Time Magic" I can't get the thought outta' my head that, along with too many other things, TWDC is now gonna' be cutting back on The Magic and only offering it at limited times...?
I always like to look on the optimistic side of life, but I am realistic enough to know that life is a complex matter.

I would say all of the magic is gone now. There certainly is no longer a compelling reason to spend $100+ a day to go to Walt Disney World.

It seems the reviews of Limited Time Magic is going over better in Disneyland than Disney World as a good chunk of Disneyland's visitors are in the parks very frequently where WDW on a whole is more an International vacation destination.

And for one week only Disney will give the guests the opportunity to BUY retro Tshirts from a truck parked down on the Westside of DTD.
Guess it is better than the limited time magic of being able to purchase make-up. I'm having a hard time wrapping myself around this years NYE announcement of Limited Time Magic. The Limited Time opportunities to spend more Disney Dollars, not so magical, to me anyhow.

So far the Limited Time Magic thing seems to be a complete bust.
I think we both understand the thinking behind the concept (which plays to the "collector" mentality of the hardcore fans), but the execution has been very underwhelming.

Limited Time Magic feels like a complete stopgap. I thought it was interesting when they announced it, but after seeing the "celebrations" each week it's pretty obvious that LTM was a last minute promotion they threw together because they have to have a special celebration each year.
I'm betting the original plan was to base the promotion this year around all the My Magic+ tech, and when it became obvious that wouldn't be ready for 2013 they hit the panic button.

Since Merida is the 11th Princess, 10 + 1 will celebrate as another Limited time magic event, 930am at Cindy's castle. Yes, wait for it on May 11th.
And not surprisingly, there will be a special TShirt sold for this special celebration.
