Wow, I just read the script and it feels like I just rode the ride. I could hear all the original voices as I read it. Great stuff. I miss that ride...
Extinxt Attractions Club has a DVD on Horizons with a full ride-through. I believe there is a preview on the website as well. Never saw the DVD myself.

I'm sure the Extinct Attractions DVD is good; they are usually able to have some high quality stuff on their site. However, I was a little put off by their podcast the other day. It seems the main goal of their podcast is to sell their merchandise. For me, podcasting should be about sharing free opinions and ideas, and I just felt the Extinct Attractions Club podcast was more of a commercial than anything else.Originally Posted by dbm20th

Want to see an even more obscure relic from Horizons? Behold the nametag worn by GE employees working at the attraction:
This was worn by only a handful of people, during the time when GE sponsored the attraction.
Mickey is the mouse that made me the man I am.
Visit the Disney Cast Member Nametag Museum!
Great find, Walt. I can't say that I remember that nametag, but thanks for the pic.

Those must have belonged to the employees of the VIP lounge upstairs.Originally Posted by Walt Disney
That was a nice place, they had a camera and could see all over the park, and zoom in on some interesting things.
I have a stick pin shaped like the Horizons building with a red LED blinker in it. The VIP lounge gave them to their visitors.
