    The Imagineering Fieldguide to AK

Has anyone ever read The Imagineering Fieldguide to the Magic Kingdom or EPCOT? Well if you have or haven't there great books! They tell you all about the imagineering of the park in general, the individual rides, and props, and imagineering lingo and rules.I learned things I never knew about the rides before.

Anyways while on wdwmagic.com I found out that the 3rd edition is coming out( Animal Kingdom ).The book is on pre-order for anyone who wnts one.

There is a thread and a review of the MK and Epcot Field Guides here: http://www.disneyworldtrivia.com/for...ead.php?t=8281

Animal Kingdom is coming out before the Studios? Interesting.

I was thinking the same thing. I wonder if there are so many changes coming for Studios that they want to wait to write the book.

That or the legal issues surrounding using/keeping the "MGM" name complicated things.

Publication date is tentatively June 1 for Animal Kingdom. Preorder here: http://www.amazon.com/Imagineering-D...e=UTF8&s=books - this link should help DWT.

Any word on whether the AK Imagineering Field Guide is out yet? There is so much I'd love to read about that park. From a design and Imagineering perspective it is truly a marvelous park.
