Cars Race Track

I have an idea. Cars race track. you board little lightning McQueens and race with others on the track. you can drive by cozy cone motel, and the other's shops. 25% of the ride takes place on a race track,25% on a high way,and 50% in radiator springs. the winner of each race would recieve a fastpass for any ride. it would be in MGM. what do you think?

I like the ride idea, but I think Disney would lose money with the fastpasses. I would love a ride where you could explore the scenes from cars.

What would the cars be like? Obviously not on a track like the speedway because of the racing part of it. this means that you would have to be a certain age like most go karts. I'm not sure if I like the idea of racing other guests because it limits who can ride the attraction, but a Cars themed attraction would be pretty cool in MGM (more than Toy Story Mania)

Maybe they could put on a little "Cars" show after Lights motors actions show. I t would be like 15 minutes and it would be cool because the kids who don't like all the action could see their favorite "cars" Characters in a show.

They are building a Cars themed attraction at Disneyland Paris's Walt Disney Studios park. It's called Cars Quatre Roues Rallye (Cars Race Rally) and it opens this June.

Wow! That sounds cool. does anyone know what type of ride it is? Dark ride? coaster? simulator?

um, nothing that cool I'm afraid. Sounds like a variation of the ladybug spin thing they have at Disney's California Adventure, which is sort of like the Mad Tea Party with a figure eight. thats an awsome idea but i think what disney would do is replace the cars in autopia with cars from "Cars" and put the shops but I think it could def be a ride in the near future
