    You've Sold your Soul

So when I became a cast member, I had to take this course called Traditions.......it was a 4 hour course for College Program Participants, but an 8 hour course for anyone else.....in it, you sign a contract that basically says, that if you have an awesome idea for something....you don't get any of the royalties from it...if the Imagineers like the idea, they will take it without even making a mention to the fact that you actually were the person behind that fabulous idea....which really ****s...so basically, if you're ever a cast member and you have a great idea for a new ride......don't tell anyone.

I know this is heresy, but hold on to that idea and then sell it to "another place"!

Imagineering is probably missing out on some great ideas. And I'm sure some dumb one's too.
