Looks good Katy! Scrapbooking is an individual thing, I tried explaining this to iwannabeminnie....you should never compare your work to others or vice versa, it's all about your vision and your style. Besides.....as you get into it more and more you will most likely see your style change. I should post some of my first LO's sometime. I know people who have went back and redone their earlier albums to match their current style and expertise but I think that's crazy! I enjoy looking back at my progression and change in skill level.

But you know me. I have to be the best. And I'm not. It's frustrating. But hey, that's okay. You guys just keep besting me and I'll just keep pushing to catch up. It's what I do. It's what I live for.

I know I love them too.

I actually got them at the Dollar Store oddly enough.
I believe it was a Dollar Tree but it was awhile ago so I am not sure if they are still there.

I have found a lot of really cute things at the Dollar Tree. The main thing I love to find at the Dollar Tree (for a dollar) is rubber stamps!

Here is my submission! The chalkboard paper i bought..... at the dollar store, the letters are by sizzix (dont know the name though, i borrowed them at a crop) and the cardstock is just cardstock. the handsome kid in the pictures is my little man, Jeffrey. He was just shy of his 6th bday for this picture on his first day of 2nd grade, this year.

    Supplies used

    Dino's and grass Paper Bliss

Have no clue who made the paper...I've had it forever. The picture doesn't do the color's justice. They are a muted and brushed blue for the page and green for the matting paper.

Probably one of the easiest pages I did all weekend.

Well, it ain't Jim. While he's not ugly, he's no Ed Hermann.
