CC #7 – Figment
Welcome to the 7th task in the Color Challenge series. For this task we are taking our inspiration from our favorite little dragon, Figment.
Color theme for Color Challenge #7 is: Purple
Purple, violet, lavender, any shade of purple will do. Feel free to add other colors to the mix.
When you post your item here, please list the supplies that you used (brand of patterned paper, type of embellishments, etc), so if someone loves one of your ideas they can find the supplies to lift it.
The next CC will be posted on Jan 31st.
Have fun and get those creative juices flowing!
This is one I did a couple of weeks ago. I thought I'd included it in my major submission run.

The text is a letter to my son, Riley. It reads:
Since the day you were born I have been looking forward to sharing my favorite place with you. Walt Disney World has been the scene of so many happy memories from my childhood and I can't wait to start making new memories with you. I spend alot of time imagining all the fun we'll have. My favorite figments include......Seeing your excited face when we reach the enterance, being there when you get your first monorail co pilots liscence, teaching you all the lyrics to the Pirates of the Carribean song, buying you your first hotdog at Caseys, taking your first cruise with you on the happiest ship that ever sailed, letting you spin the teacups, being your passenger on the speedway, wathcing your eyes get as round as the Epcot icon, showing you the backside of water, the excitement we'll share when you are finally big enough to ride Thunder Mountain with me, and showing you all that all you really do need is faith, trust, and pixie dust. More than anything I love to Imagine that you will fins as much joy in Disney as I always have!

Sweet letter, TFS, great LO too! And taking your son for the first time to WDW will be such a wonderful experience. My son just turned 4 and he's been 4 times and we'd probably be planning another if I weren't pregnant now. It is so amazing to see the sheer joy and happiness on his face while we are there, it is truely pure magic and I hope you have as wonderful a trip with your son as we have had with ours!
I am missing a photo from this page. I need to go have it developed! It is Figment's upside down house.
OMG! I love your Figment!!! Did you do that? My, my.....you sure are gettin' good at this stuff ma'am!
Yes, I did him all by my little self. I even held the scissors myself.
