CSC #10 – Cutting Corners
Welcome to the 10th Card Sketch Challenge! For this challenge, I will provide a sketch and you make a card based on it. You can use the sketch 100%, or you can loosely follow it. The card can be any theme you want - birthday, thank you, thinking of you, etc.
Just have fun with it! Also, you don’t have to stop at just one card!
This sketch was also pulled from The Joy of Card Making: A Second Helping. I highly recommend it to all you card makers out there.
The sketch for this challenge is:
For this sketch, the sentiment and embellishments can go anywhere, so you can really get creative!
The next CSC will be posted on March 8th.
Please include the materials used in your designs in your post.
Hmmm, my wheels are turning. I have some paper I want to use for this. Now I just have to decide what kind of sentiment I want to use.
They call me "Nana"
Oh, and when you use a square card, do you have to make an envelope for it? You want to give some envelope making classes?
They call me "Nana"
I didn't make this one square...I used the standard card size. Another card (birthday) for the auction.
Supplies: cardstock, pattern paper from Paper Pizazz Busy Scrapper's Solution, dimensionals, stamp and ink from Stampin' Up, brad from Fun Expressions by Oriental Trading. The minnie sticker is from the 2006 kit I got at WDW.
