    You will need to download what is known as a "codec" (coder-decoder) from Divx.com. This codec allows for high-quality video in smaller file sizes and will not adversely impact your system in any way.Here is the link to make life easier http://www.divx.com/divx/download/

    Just download and install it and play the video again.
