What does your username mean?

So many of you have such interesting and creative usernames, and I want to know where you came up with them!

Mine is in reference to my husband and I. Once when we were 18 we were on a cross country road trip all by ourselves and we got lost in the middle of Iowa or Nebraska or something. At first I was okay with it, I figured we'd fnd our way, but we kept getting more and more lost and it was getting dark, so I got scared. My husband took my hand and said "Maura, it's okay, we can do it, we're a mild super hero team! We can't fly or anything, but we can certainly handle whatever life throws at us." So now that's kind of become our motto as a couple and we remind each other of it each time life hands us something difficult. In fact, it's what had inscribed in his wedding ring!

The word Pumpkin comes from TNBC's Jack, the "Pumpkin King" Skellington, as well as my love of Halloween.

The word Jack comes from, you guessed it, TNBC's Jack Skellington , as well as Jack Sparrow (two of my favorite characters).

And the 81 comes from the year I was born, 1981.
