    Hi from NOLA

    Hello everyone! My name is Jenn and like everyone else here, I am a HUGE disney fan! I was so excited when I discovered this site! I live in New Orleans and I'm a third grade teacher - only 5 more days until summer vacation!!!! I'm 26 years old and I've been to disney world 30 times and I've been to Disneyland Paris once. On June 1st I'm heading back to Orlando for another magical vacation!!! I can't wait!!!!

    Hey welcome,

    I'm going down there in August, any tips about the French Quarter? We were there 3 yrs ago but we know NO has been through many changes since then?

    If you want to go to specific restaurants or stores, make sure they are open on the day you're planning to be there. We were there on a Wedensday in December and found several places not open on Wed or opened later in the day for dinner. We didn't spend much time on Bourbon St. though. Too many things little eyes shouldn't see. Have fun! We're headed back down soon too.

    I'm so happy to hear that you are visiting our wonderful city!! Sadly, it is still not back to normal, but there are a lot of great places to eat and things to do all around the city. Some of my suggestions for restaurants are Masperos (right across from jax brewery), the Gumbo Shop, The Red Fish Grill, and Mother's. There are soooooo many places to eat in New Orleans!!! If you have any questions, I'll be more than happy to help you out!!!
