Am new to this forum, but have been listening to Lou's great podcast for a few weeks now. What sparked my interest in Lou's show and the WDWTrivia forums is that in November 2007, I shall be making my first overseas trip to WDW- as a cast member!
I shall be there as a part of the WDW International College Program and have been brushing up on as much info as I can, as I know cast members have a reputation for being helpful and knowledgeable.
Looking forward to getting to know people here as much as I am looking forward to the trip.
Welcome! I hope you enjoy your time here!

Welcome! This forum is very helpful
Gaday Mate! Welcome to the neighborhood and congrats on being accepted to the International College Program. Will you still be at WDW in December? I arrive in the Orlando area on the 10th and have hopes of meeting any cm's that have posted here.
Welcome to the family! See ya 'round the boards!

First of all, thanks for all your notes of welcome- Lou wasn't kidding when he referred to this place as an online family.
My official Program dates run November 27 to February 14/15 (can't remember- brain fade!) So, I shall be working fulltime there during that period. As of yet, I don't know what part of WDW I shall be situated in and I probably won't find out until I arrive. I still have lots to organise- mainly, my Visa and flights and insurance.

Thanks again for the wonderful welcome!
Thanks tiggerguy. And again, thanks to everyone.
I know this'll gather a lot of different responses (but I think it would be good to rock the boat!) but...
This is my first trip to WDW what is the one thing that I simply MUST do? Or, what should I do first?
Lemme know what you think.
1. Have a good time.
2. Read through all the park maps. Then go to each park to experience what's there, and then do the things that really interest you first. After that, take in a few things that you might not think may interest you just to widen your horizons. You may surprise yourself.
3. Keep posting here so we know how things are going and if and when we may have a chance to meet you.
