Welcome to DWT!
Hey y'all from the Big Easy. Just joined the site a couple days ago. I am a high school teacher, husband, and father of a sweet 10 year old girl and a 3 year old son who was the poster child for happy hour. Being a teacher, I chaperone our schools WDW field trip each year, on top of our regular family vacations there. In fact, I have already been picking the brain of another member for ideas to entertain the students (Thanks trendymagic) on our next trip. June will be my 7th visit, my wife has been 4 times, my daughter will be coming for her 5th trip in June, and my son has been twice, he even got his first haircut in the Magic Kingdom.

Welcome to DWT!
to the DWT Family!
See YOU at Disney World,
My children are 13 and 16 so I may have some ideas for your students as well.
To begin with the Hidden Mickeys are always fun to look for and if you have some printed out types of Hidden Mickeys scavanger hunts you could even award a prize to the winners.
Of course you really should get Lou's book "Disney World Trivia" it is set up as questions and answers so it is a nice way to pass the time as well as create excitement in your students as you travel to and from the parks.
Any other questions, just message any of us, we have a wonderful little community here.

Welcome!!! I am jealous. I am a teacher, but I've never gotten to take field trips to Disney. What a cool school.
Ummm... I fudged my way through school and should be punished and repeat it again... Can I be a student at your school??!??! Field trips to WDW!?! Better than the zoo and museums we went to!!
Welcome again to the "Family"

to the boards! Are your school trips for performing groups (like a marching band)? Or like senior class trips?
Either way, those are some lucky kids!

Por favor mantanganse alijado de las puertas.
The trip is sponsered by the science club, and we do the Youth Education Series classes and Disney Quiest in addition to 4 days in the parks. The kids do love it!
