Long Time Listener, First Time Poster

Hello Everyone:

Been listning to WDW Radio for a long time, but I never took the time to visit the forums. So today is the day.

Lou and Beci answered my question on the show this week about visiting WDW for just one day. I am still undecided about taking their advice.

Look forward to seeing you around.

Hi Bill

Hubby and I have just finished listening to your question being answered, whilst driving home from a night out - how strange!! We were discussing ourselves about what we'd do with just one day - it's a really tough one!!! I hope you're able to figure it all out and have a fun solo day out in the world.

Oh, and welcome to the boards!

Welcome to the boards. I heard your question and their answers also. Not sure what I would do with only one day. Park Hopping from Morning EMH to the other parks then finishing at a park with Evening EMH is certainly a full day.

Re: Long Time Listener, First Time Poster

We have two daughters 8 and 5 now and there is now way they were going on the big rides during our last few visits. I would have felt guilty about waiting in long lines for Soaring or Expedition Everest while my kids were sitting on a bench somewhere. We wanted to maximize time together.

But to be set free on my own for a day would open up a world (no pun intended) of possibilities. On our last trip we had lunch at the castle. After we finished I walked by myself back down main street to rent a stroller. It was awesome to just take in without distraction, as much as I love my little distractions.
