Hey ChipNDale -- I have to tell you that's no chipmunk with a light saber. That there is a prairie dog -- sort of like a chipmunk on steroids, without the stripes. We have them all over here in Colorado -- sort of a "show-me-a-prairie-dog-and-I'll-show-you-a-field-of-500-prairie-dogs" situation. Check out prairiedogs.org for more information than you'd ever care to know about these rodents....

Hi y'all. I registered a few days ago but having gotten around to saying hello. I'm from Baton Rouge.

What a great place. I just love Disney. My first trip was in '84 I think. It was the year before Epcot was opened. My second trip was my honeymoon in 97. Then we went in '04, and my last trip was with a coworker friend who wanted to go to celebrate her retirement and that was last September. I'm hoping we go in October. We were talking about taking a 'short' trip.

I was just looking at a co-worker's 2 scrapbooks she is making for her daughters from their trip 2 weeks ago and I'm eating my heart out.

Anyway, nice to meet y'all.

Stelle, Epcot opened in 1982, so maybe your first trip was in '81 if it took place in the pre-Epcot days?

Yea, probably. That does sound more like it. '84 was when we had the World's fair in New Orleans. Again, I think. Don't shoot me if I'm wrong. '85 was when I started working at my current job and it was WAAAAAY before that.

Here I am with Stitch on my last trip in '05.

First trip to the World was in '98 for our Honeymoon.
Second trip was in '02 just before our first son was born.
Third trip in '05 with our son then 2 1/2.
Next trip Sept. 2-8, 2007 staying at Port Orleans Riverside with my wife, 2 boys and parents (who have never been).

New to the forums. Long time listener to MT podcast (R.I.P.) and WDW Radio Show. Been to see the Mouse on both coasts and was just at WDW two weeks ago...can't wait to go back. Love those Disney Monorails! Attatched is a picture of my nieces and myself in Lake Buena Vista, July 2007.
