Welcome to WDT. Why did you pick Serling and not Sterling? :scratchinQuote:

Yep, Serling as in the host of the Twilight Zone...Tower of Terror...that stuff. Thanks for the welcome all!
That was a trick question. You see Rod Serling aka Rod Sterling is an enigma of sorts. Us real old timers will recall he used to be Rod Sterling, but changed his name for some reason (numerology?) or something to that effect and became Rod Serling or in the 60's. I have never been able to document exactly, but remember it being a news item in the days of black and white TV.Quote:

I was a big fan of The Twilight Zone and am sure have seen every episode, unless there are "lost" episodes somewhere in the Twilight Zone.

Yes, thanks for the info Jiminy! I was also unaware of the confusion around his name. :)
I'm a big fan of The Twilight Zone, Outer Limits (old b/w version), and Tales from the Dark Side. I have recently noticed that the SciFi channel occasionally runs some of the old Twilight Zone episodes around 1-2am EST. (I bought a $30 video capture card about a week ago, and have managed to get copies of about 7 TZ episodes so far!)
