WDW DVD's DWT sponsor. A couple of questions...

I hope that this is in the right forum, if not please direct it to the appropriate location.
While viewing these boards on December 23rd '06 I saw the sponsers advertisement for "All of WDW on DVD - 18 DVD'S IN ALL" so I clicked on the site, like what I read and I ordered a set.
We'll it's now January 21st, '07 and did we receive the DVD's??? The answer would be NO!!:no:
We have e-mailed their customer service twice, today they said that we should expect the DVD's this week.
