NEW YORK, February 23 (newratings.com) - Analyst Jeffrey S Thomison of Hilliard Lyons maintains his "long term buy" rating on The Walt Disney Company (DIS.NYS). The two-year target price is set to $43.
In a research note published yesterday, the analyst mentions that the company has reported its F1Q results ahead of the estimates. Studio Entertainment contributed the largest profit gain in the quarter, driven by the healthy DVD sales of various popular movies, the analyst says. Walt Disney is financially robust, and remains focused on creating shareholder value, Hilliard Lyons adds.
