    IMHO, this article highlights everything that was wrong with Eisner's management style.
    Micromanagement is rarely a good thing...especially in such a big organization. It only shows that you don't trust anyone and that just engenders an environment of distrust in everyone. Creativity is good...micromanaging is not.
