Well we know Tigger has been in court before, so maybe they thought all the characters are expert witnesses....Although Warner Bros. characters will have to rely heavily on the Disney characters experiences to help them get through this...LOL

No (I couldn't tell if you were joking or not lol). From what I read, it was a clerical error in the court documents that put the character's names on the witness list.
