Cast signage backstage, help!

My CP'er is finishing up classwork for the program requirements back home. I remember seeing an article about updated signage back stage for cast and the supervisors and how they are to relate to guests and how supervisors are to deal with the CM's. I have googled on Mouseplanet, Allears and Disney Trivia but I'm not having any luck. Anyone remember seeing it, it would have been within the last couple of months? The article also had a picture of the sign.

Hmmmm... I haven't seen anything like that, but I would love to see it.

I received a reply from Mouseplanet. It is Cast Members Guidelines updated along with Management Guidelines.
While not the sign it is what was on the sign. Most would translate to any businesses or most of it anyways.

That all makes sense. Now only if all businesses would read that (ie Wal-Mart ((I HATE Wal-Mart, it is an example of American Fascism, but enough of that))) the business world would be alot better off.

Now that I think about it, I do remember seeing the signs with the seven dwarfs underground while on the Keys to the Kingdom tour at the MK. I agree, if more bussinesses adopted the "Disney" way of interacting with guests/customers, the world would be a more pleasant place.

After reading some of the guide lines, I'd say that it doesn't have to be limited to the business world. Adapting those behaviors at home, school or in public would make for a better place.

No kidding. If employees could act that way and their bosses treated them with that type of respect the world would be a better place.
