Disneyland Rehabs for January 2009?

Hello everyone.

The past 2 years I was luck enough to have my sales meeting in Orlando, so of course I headed there ahead of time and went to WDW!

This coming year though, we're actually heading to Anaheim, so this year I'll be going to Disneyland!

I was wondering if there was a site out there that talked about rehabs during January 2009 for Disneyland? What will be closed down?

PS -- I'll be in SO CAL, and want to travel to other places than Disneyland. Would you recommend me make it a 2 day trip to Disneyland or is 1 day just fine to take? I know I could probably spend 5 days in the Land, but what could be a minimum?
