Perfect vacation?

What would be your perfect Walt Disney World vacation?

A free one????

I have to admit our last one was as close to perfect as we could get. Weather was good, especially for June, saw lots of characters, ate lots of good food and rode everything we wanted. The lines weren't bad at all either.

The only way it could have been better was for POTC to have been open and I wish we could have stayed on property.

My perfect WDW vacation would be: Staying at the Wilderness Lodge with a 7 day parkhopper ticket for me, my wife, and son. We would of course be on the Dining Plan, and eat at Boma, Le Cellier, Tony's, Biergarten, Chef Mickey's, Tusker House, Trails End, and 50's Primetime. We would see Wishes, Fantasmic, and Illuminations, and would take in all the parades. With 7 days, we could take our time in each of the parks, and hit every attraction at least once, some twice or three times. We would spend a lot of time in Animal Kingdom, since it is my favorite park. Lots of shopping in Downtown Disney, with a meal at Earl of Sandwich, and a few meals at Yak & Yeti Local Foods. We would even head over to Everything Pop at Pop Century to have a bite (Bacon Double Cheeseburger). We would take a day to head over to Cocoa Beach to see the ocean, then head back to WDW for dinner. Oh yeah, and we would eat at Pecos Bills, and ride the TTA a whole bunch of times. I'm sure I'm missing something, but hopefully that covers my dream vacation.

I think I've taken mine. Each year has been great watching the kids gorw and change. From waiting in line to see Minnie to High School Musical. I guess I like whatever the kids like and that is what makes it perfect at the moment.

Just planning, traveling, paying for and actually arriving there is a big accomplishment so it always seems perfect to me. But I guess staying at your personal favorite resort, having perfect weather, light crowds, no wait times and being with family makes it perfect.

If our family was picked to stay in the Castle suite, that would be hard to top.......

a month at Disney would be nice

Being able to walk onto the attractions with no wait. I love WDW, but I don't like waiting in line! I've been in September and May when the lines are short and I loved it!
