Best days of the week...

OK, I found a few references for best days of the week to visit individual parks but with some differences.
Anyone have a good resource that they swear by?!

I'm in Orlando now, and after finishing up some business meetings and some family visits I'll be back next week for - a full week!

I hate standing in lines (silly, I know) and fear my 4 year old daughter might not enjoy crowds as much as I do

...

Usually the best day of the week is determined by what park does not have any extra magic hours. So go onto the disney website and find out which park is not having extra magic hours and that will be the "best day"

That sounds too simple! No fancy formula or statistical analyses??

The Unofficial Guide uses complex algorithms to predict best park for any given day. You cna look at the next 30 days on their website. One rule of thumb that seems to work for us is to visit the park that had EMH the previous night. So, if MK has EMH on Friday night, then visit MK on Saturday.

Thanks - I'm in "town" now, heading into the parks in 2 days so lots of time to plot out my attack.

think about it this way. most people start their vacation on a monday, and they usually want to hit magic kingdom first. so the beginning of the week is usually the most crowded time to visit the magic kingdom. this also goes for the end of the week because people want to finish their vacation at magic kingdom, too.
so, generally speaking, tuesday/wednesday/thursday would be best for magic kingdom, and saturday/sunday/monday would probably be best for epcot/animal kingdom since those are usually the "less popular".
EMH should also be taken into consideration

also, since youre going in january, theres really gonna be no worry about crowds in the first place

Next Trip: October 22-24 with Son's Youth Group 1st time for MNSSHP! Then Spring Break April 1-10 2011- We are letting the kids plan the whole trip!
