Missing codes for Disney Movie Rewards

I just bought Beauty and the Beast Diamond Edition BluRay/DVD combo pack and there's no DMR code! The insert that usually has the code is in the jewel case but the spot where the code is printed is blank.

I'm really bummed about this. I was hoping to complete the "free" charm bracelet offer and give it to my oldest daughter for Christmas. Does anyone know how I can go about getting a code for this disc?

online their is a place where it talks about getting points for movies without codes.. you have to take a pic of it with your receipt and send it in to them.. and they will give it to you i did that for haunted mansion

Thanks Chrissy! I uploaded my picture today and I hope it goes through without a hitch. My only concern now is that this title was eligible for a free Rose charm for the charm bracelet I ordered from the Tinkerbell DVD. I hope I can get that once the points are awarded. Hopefully I can find an email address if I don't get the charm.
