I'd be a tad nervous about the perks and Disney affiliation though, after how Disney just cut their ties to Celebration.

Part of me thinks it would be amazing and part of me would rather live in my modest home with the ability to visit WDW 2-3 times a year- something to look forward to!

As it stands now, the 2-3 times per year thing doesn't happen.

I know that Disney 'parted ways' with Celebration, but isn't it still like a 'piece of Disney? It looks like a great place to live and they seem to have many special events and amenities for their residents. And you're practically living in WDW since you're so close. Has anyone heard anything bad about it?
