Well it looks like Flamingo Crossings is a "go" again. Permits have been filed with the Water Management District on behalf of Walgreen's just West of Animal Kingdom on the the Western Way Extension.
Bet there are some Walgreen employees that would like to transfer to that location.
Also would give some options to DVC owners needing a few supplies.
Some people are like Slinkies.
They aren't really good for anything,
but they still bring a smile to my face when I push them down a flight of stairs.
Friends are Gods way of apologizing to us for our families.

These are supposed to be chain restaurants, hotels and stores. After the economy started tanking in 2008, followed by the upheaval of the banks, nobody could get bank funding to make this happen. The property is completely ready to go. Jim Hill recently did an on-sight report on the property. Like him or not Hills photo's tell a story.
