Pushing the 11th hour, Disney's hyped, "What's Next" announcement scheduled for the day after the December 6th Grand Opening of Fantasyland has been Cancelled. Instead Disney will do a presentation "Around The World" which is being rumored as highlighting what is happening Disney around the world.
Can I just stop you right there? What did you just say!?!?!?!? The opening has been set back!?!?!?!?!?
Nope.
Three back to back days for the media at WDW. Wed. is the day for media event in BoG, FLE closed to the guests.
Thurs. is the day for FLE official Grand Opening with events. And Friday after all the Ribbon cutting for FLE was over was to be the day of Disney outlining "What's Next." It is "What's Next" that has been cancelled and replaced with a new event "Around the World."
So unless Disney is going to announce new pavilions around the World Showcase, whats next might be answered by nothing.
You do realize "Around The World" could also be referring to the entirety of WDW, right?

Yes Sir. I think it was on the Cars thread I had a similar thought process. Pulling what's next, just kinda fit the ongoing pattern, open mouth insert foot lately. Found it equally amusing that while the masses were trying to get to the media event the monorail went down again stressing many trying to get to the events.Quote:

Yep! The ferry has few operational problems. When we stay on the monorail loop I like the boat launches over the monorail. Quicker and more reliable.
On Tuesday both MK and Epcot loops were shut down due to a power failure to the main beams.
And here we go again....
Disney has plans to make a New Years Eve announcement on D ick Clark Rock'n Eve program.
