How do you fund your WDW trip??

So most of you know I'm currently trying to fill a giant water jug with coins to fund my WDW for both my boyfriend and myself.

How do you guys save up for it??

By using my tax returns from the year before and also put so much $$ into a vacation fund every time i get paid

I rob banks... take money from the eldery... sell my body... JUST KIDDING!!! I save my end of the year bonus I get from work and my tax returns... and I work a lot of overtime!!!

I just budget for it. Vacationing is a priority for me, so I make sure there is funds for it.

I also budget. I also save all my change in a big jug in the bedroom. I usually end up with a couple of hundred dollars that is my "mad" money for a souvenir I normally wouldn't buy. I really, really want a cuckoo clock from the Germany pavilion in Epcot so I've been tossing one's in too from time to time.

we did, and will, book over a year in advance. so, wife and i use the tax refund as a down payment when we book, and budget the rest and make regular payments until the time we go.

Everyday I come home and if I have any bills in my purse under a $5 (yeah, those would be ones), I stick them in a mickey mouse box. I don't count it, I don't look at it until the day before vacation - this will be my spending money. I also visit the Disney store and purchase Disney Dollars anytime I have "found money" and that way I am not tempted to spend that on anything else. I was able to save almost $150 during my last trip to WDW in February!!!

What is a tax refund? I've heard of them, but never personally seen one.

I see large tax returns because of all the overtime I do every week.... they love taking my money!!!!

well usually i am a spoiled brat and go with my family(that's the great part about being a disney family) but now that i am finally striking out on my own i'm going to use all the savings tips from everyone here....yikes budgets and having to buy lots of shoes(well i don't have to but i must)....

I used be lucky enough to have my company send me down to Florida and I tacked a WDW trip on. I used the mileage money or my extra trip money to pay for everything. Since I'm unemployed (my choice not their's) I'm gonna have to wait until the end of next year and pinch pennies until then to save up to go. That means no more fancy coffees or eating out too much. Maybe I should start playing the Lotto..........
