Imagineer and model maker Fred Joerger died August 26th of natural causes. He was 91.
One of the original Imagineers, Fred was known for making the models of Sleeping Beauty castle and other attractions at Disneyland and Walt Disney World. He also served as an art director on the Haunted Mansion, and there is a tombstone in the HM with the name F. Grojere in recognition of his work.
