Ok, I FINALLY got my DVD yesterday.
Here are my thoughts on it:
Ok, overall, I love it. I absolutely love any movie having to do with WDW. The DVD artwork is also absolutely beautiful. The intro almost made me cry. I think Disney did an amazing job with the intros to the DVD and the parks themselves.
I love how each section is also a little bit more detailed than the last one. The resorts, for example, are a little bit longer segments now.
However, one thing that does annoy me about this one was..
Where did the live tour guides go? We loooove the tour guides. I kinda miss that park guest perspective in the video and now it's filled with clips we've seen and haven't seen. It is still amazingly done, don't get me wrong, I just miss that park guest POV. Also, can they please write a new script? I think I've been hearing the same descriptions for rides for about 5 years. Lol.

YES! exactly, the whole dvd was gorgeous.
and I liked all the people telling us of their dreams,
but I liked the old one with Erin, Luke, Dave, and that
other lady [whom i forgot her name.] That planning
guide was over an hour long and focused a lot on the
attractions and rides, while this one is short of a half
hour and really focuses on people being interviewed
and what not.
The part entitled "cool stuff for kids" or whatever
did interest me, i thought that was fun how they
took us on some of the rides

yeah, def. i ordered 3 of them [since my first one took over a month to get to me] and now, i don't know what to do with the other 3 when i get them in, ahahaha. oh well.

Does anyone know if the YOMD DVD has been updated for the new year? Or is it the same one as last year. I was thinking about ordering a new one since there are some new things in the parks, but I thought that I would check in here first before I do.
