Are Elves Human?

Sure seems to me like the dwarf's were human. They had human characteristics and were able to speak to Snow White who is obviously human. Even mythological dwarfs are mythologically human. LOL

I guess it depends on whose mythology you are refering to, in most examples of mythic dwarves I am aware of, Dwarfs are a race unto themselves, and not humans, humans being a seperate race... than there are elves, if we're going to say mythological dwarves are human what about Elves ...are elves human?

Havent we all seen lord of the rings the elves look like humans but have better sences and are imortal

Of course elves aren't human! Elves are immortal beings that may have magic powers and extremely good eyesight

Yeah I was sort of dissapointed in the other thread how people didn't seem to get the differance between mythical dwarves and the "little people" of humanity , so I was curious to see how much differantly they would respond for elves.
