Cool Disney must keep Nathan young

As I said in my intro thread, I've only been listening to the podcast for a couple of months. So imagine my surprise when I heard Nathan say he's a GRANDPA? WHAT?!?! This is a case where not being able to judge someone by their voice is definitely true. No way my grandfather would ever be able to utter the phrase "Let's do it!" with the same feeling & precision Nathan does.

Must be Disney that keeps him sounding so young. That's my theory anyway.

Well....Ryan....it's not like Nathan is 78 years old. From what I recall, he's in his 40's.

One other thing to remember....you're only as old as you feel. If you feel young or if you're young at heart...you'll be young.

I was also curious about this too! Without getting too personal, maybe its a stepson or daughters child? I think its so cute when he refers to himself as grandpa because he sounds so young

I also wondered about this, but I thought that I just misunderstood the English, since I am not a native speaker. I figured he meant that with grand daughter he meant his oldest daughter or something, but hey, age doesn't really matter right?Especially not when you're a Disney fan, it keeps your mind young.

I think that it is great that at a young age you are a grandparent. I mean who else in the world could do so much with their grandparents. I am sure that at the time it was an interesting surprise, but everything happens for a reason and I am sure that things are wonderful. I hope that this didn't cross any lines, and if so, I am sorry about that, it's the nature of my job to be a little blunt.

Yes, isn't it sweet that Nathan and his 4-year old granddaughter can share a Shandy together?
