| Phone vs. Online Reservations Okay - While listening to this weeks podcast the debate as to whether to book online vs phoning was brought up. I want to put my 2 cents. I would rather call in to the DVC or Disney reservations. Even if the Dining was available online I would rather call in. Here is why: 1) I get to talk to a live person with that Disney Personality. This tends to always put me in a happy Disney Mood! 2) It keeps people employed. Too much today is technical (online) and this tends to eliminate jobs. 3) If something isn't available, having a live person on the phone provides instant options provided without having to try over and over and over for what I want. I think that is all, but I will add more later as I think about it!

| I personally like to talk to people. There is just something about human interaction! |

| If its a good interface, I'd use the online option everytime for both lodging and dining. The phone reps can be great, but it takes longer and sometimes you get a rep who isn't knowledgable about the options. That said, the current booking interface is pretty poor. |

| Actually, I think the greater incentive to book by phone, is that the cancellation policy is much more strict with online bookings. Reservations can be cancelled with the deposit refunded 6 days before arrival by phone, but 45 days out online. |
