curious, how do you tape this stuff? don't they yell at you of you have a camera on, or do you tape it and keep it discreet the entire time?

if this is possible i'm going to start stocking up on tapes now for my next trip in 2008.

Yep, they let me tape it. As long as there's no light on the camera, they're just fine with certain attractions. The CM at Mission: SPACE even looked directly into the camera and didn't say anything. They'll tell you in the preshpow entertainment if you can't videotape anything.

OK, I've got some updates to make. I have watched 3 of my 4 tapes from this trip, and here's what I got:

Magic Kingdom

Splash Mountain - Came out fine, but I have to check with my friend to see if he wants his likeness and voice on the Internet
Big Thunder Mountain Railroad - Came out fine
The Haunted Mansion (a private tour of the mansion at midnight) - Same as Spalsh Mountain
Space Mountain (nightvision camera) - sort of came out
Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin - Same as HM and Splash
Tomorrowland Transit Authority - Same as Splash, HM, and Buzz


Epcot

Spaceship Earth - came out fine
Ellen's Energy Adventure (preshow only) - haven't seen it yet
Body Wars - haven't seen it yet
Mission: SPACE (both preshows and attraction) - Came out great!
Test Track - haven't seen it yet
Maelstrom - came out fine
IllumiNations - Reflections of Earth - came out great!


The Disney/MGM Studios

Fantasmic! - haven't seen it yet


Disney's Animal Kingdom

Festival of the Lion King - came out fine
Kilomanjaro Safaris - Same as Splash, HM, Buzz, and TTA
DINOSAUR - cam out sort of ok
Primeval Whirl - Came out ok


I plan on watching the ones that I have not seen sometime this weekend, and then I'll go from there!
