I need to check my collection. I'm sure I have a nice recording of the monorails. Just a matter of editing the clip down to that one or two second clip.

I wish I had one for the old manual sliding doors from the previous gen monorails.
You could try phonezoo.com as well. That's where I got my text alert. I use the message chime from Star Wars and my ring tone is the sound of the Farnsworth ringing from Warehouse 13 on SyFy.
What year was that? I have clips from a few of the decades.
Hey Scott, what year was that from? I have a few clips from across the decades. Just not sure how clear they are. I seldom listen to any of the tracks. It's more fun to keep collecting.
What a great idea for a text notification!
Thanks Scott! Lucky you! You're going soon!
Hmm...wonder if I could justify a trip for the sole purpose of getting a sound clip?! ;)
I have several recordings with the door chime...but it seems most (all that I have found, anyway) have some kind of other noise at the same time...i.e. the voice recording.
I would love a clean clip of just the 2 tones "bing-bong" for text message alerts! (I can edit it down if anyone has a recording with the tones and no (or very little) background noise.
Thanks all!
Tiki (Tom)
I'll be checking out these tones later. Would love more WDW or Disney sounds on my phone! Thanks everyone!
I have the entire retired Jack Wagner spiel on off the resort line traveling the entire rail. This includes the famous "please stand clear of the doors.." the bong sound, and some not always heard tracks "waiting for further traffic clearance" I'm so glad I got these and just in the nick of time as your probably aware the spiels are completely new and in my opinion, lack luster, they are monotone for the monorail.
I also have some clips in English, spanish and French but those I downloaded from another site, but they bring back memories.
I would love to have it if it works on an iPhone. OR if someone can tell me how to get it to work.
Iphone supports the following:
