The Leash Kid Game

This sounds a lot worse than it is, it does not have anything to do with hurting or messing with leash children in anyway. That being said,

The rules are extremely simple:
Each leash child is 300 pts.
Each escaped leash child 600 pts.
there are other points that can be added
Crocs 5 pts
Being hit by a stroller -10 pts
The standards:
a leash child must be walking "on their own", not in a stroller, on top of daddys shoulders, or in mommys arms.
to be a full escape the leash child must get away from the leash holding parent in such way that a slight moment of panic, and undoubtedly joy for the child, plays on the parents while the children is off leash for 3 full seconds.

all of these rules can be adapted added to and adjusted.

The reward at the end of the day can be whatever someone chooses. We play that the group who is playing must by the winner a treat or souvenir of sometype.

I definitely would give a whole lot more points for being taken out by a stroller. If you are going to receive pain, you might as well get something better in return.

We kiind of enjoy it. The best are the escapes, and its a game that goes on all day and no one really pays attention to until they spot a leash kid. We add and subtract rules all the time but the leash and leash escapes are the best and favorites.

Don't forget the stuck Rascal challenge. We watched a motorized cart rider get wedged between two souvenir displays sideways like Austin Powers. I don't recall a funnier moment in the last few years. How she got out is still a mystery. Maybe she's still there.

I am SO glad that my DH didn't witness this - he would still be there laughing... and I'm sure we would have several photos & possibly a video of it as well!
